Abstract	The universe appears to us an open system. The components of the system are in constant interaction. Systems theory has been studied by many scientists in the world since ancient times. Each of them put some contribution to the concept. Patterns of sustainable development and the transition from one state to another as a characteristic quality system is a common approach to all scientists different times. The development is a necessary condition for the existence of a certain subject in today's environment. Sustainable development requires the safety of the subject.
