Abstract	Day to day activities of the human being focuses on consciousness. We are told that from the time we wake up to the time we sleep or die the human body is always conscious of its surroundings. Consciousness is the most important part of any daily human activity; it ranges from waking up to even by the time we are sleeping. We say that even dreaming is a form of consciousness at work.
