Мультимедійне забезпечення навчальної дисципліни «Спортивна фізіологія»

Abstract

У статті розглянуто можливості застосування мультимедійних засобів навчання й виховання в підготовці майбутніх учителів фізичної культури на прикладі мультимедійного забезпечення навчальної дисципліни «Спортивна фізіологія». Показано, що ефективним і зручним є застосування PowerPoint-презентації на лекційних заняттях. Наведено конкретні приклади застосування мультимедійних презентацій у лекційному курсі «Спортивна фізіологія» для студентів напряму підготовки 6.010201 Фізичне виховання (бакалавр)

В статье рассмотрены возможности использования мультимедийных средств обучения при подготовке будущих учителей физической культуры на примере мультимедийного обеспечения учебной дисциплины «Спортивная физиология». Показано, что достаточно эффективным средством обучения и удобным в использовании на лекциях являются PowerPoint-презентации. Приведены конкретные примеры использования мультимедийных презентаций в лекционном курсе «Спортивная физиология» для студентов направления 6.010201 Физическое воспитание (бакалавр), которые наглядно демонстрируют достижение таких педагогических целей как активизация учебно-познавательной деятельности студентов, углубление межпредметных связей, контроль за усвоением учебной информации.

The article examines of multimedia learning tools using in teaching of future teachers of physical culture. Multimedia ensuring discipline «Sports Physiology» is taken as an example. PowerPoint-presentation is a very effective learning tool and easy to use to lecture classes. The specific examples of the use of multimedia presentations in a lecture course «Sports Physiology» for students of the direction of preparation 6.010201 Physical Education (bachelor) are given. These examples clearly demonstrate the achievement of educational goals of education. Such goals as intensification of educational-cognitive activity of students, deepening intersubject communications, control of educational information assimilation achieved. Must be followed the following rules of order to develop effective multimedia presentations: limit the application of design and animation effects (except animation effect «appearance of paragraphs Level 1» is useful), no more than 20 words presented on a slide, font size must be at least 20 pt, video clip lasts for 1-2 minutes, schemes are a simpler appearance, Smartart figures used for this, names of pictures, charts, diagrams, must consist of a maximum of 7 words. Lecturer should single out major information blocks of lectures from secondary, put the specific targets, use methods of activating teaching and learning of students, exercise control over mastering of educational material. Video clips diversify the structure of PowerPoint-presentations can make a lecture emotionally intense, the lasting of the video should not exceed 3 minutes (their most optimum lasting – 1–2 minutes), so that long video clips distracting students, fatigue, reduce the rate of lecture demonstration is accompanied by comments of the teacher and/or opening remarks, a brief discussion after the demonstration, the teacher must have an appropriate methodological training to create video sequences and construction of structures lecture based multimedia learning. Convenient is to create a video library for use in lectures with «sports physiology». Necessity of development theoretical and methodological foundations of the use of multimedia technologies in educational process of high school is of great importance.
