Abstract	This article deals with the problems of virtualization of innovation structures in the context of globalization of high technology life cycle. Theoretical basis of virtualization are considered and basic benefits of virtualization are determined. Practical aspects of using virtualization were analyzed. Areas of improvement innovation infrastructure based on international experience are suggested.
