Abstract	У монографії розглядаються особливості розвитку фінансового ринку України на сучасному етапі в контексті світових тенденцій глобалізації. Здійснюється аналіз та визначаються тенденції щодо впливу процесу глобалізації на розвиток фінансових ринків країн, що розвиваються. Визначаються стратегічні напрямки розвитку фінансового ринку України як складової міжнародного фінансового ринку. Рекомендована для фахівців з питань розвитку фінансового ринку, студентів вищих навчальних закладів та аспірантів економічних спеціальностей, викладачів, наукових працівників. In the monograph it is considered the peculiarities of the financial market of Ukraine at the present stage in the context of the world trends of globalization. It is performed the analysis of trends and determined the impact of globalization on developing financial markets in developing countries. It is defined strategic direction of the financial market of Ukraine as a part of the international financial market.
