Abstract	В монографии рассматриваются механизмы создания эффективной системы принятия инвестиционных решений, которая учитывает интересы как частных инвесторов, так и государства в целом. Предложены нетрадиционные подходы к учету темпов НТП в расчетах эффективности инвестиционных проектов, научно- методические подходы к расчету модифицированных показателей чистой текущей стоимости и индекса рентабельности инвестиций. The book deals with the mechanisms for an effective system of making investment decisions that takes into account the interests of both private investors and the state as a whole. Proposed innovative approaches to given the pace of STP in the calculation of the efficiency of investment projects, scientific methodological approaches to the calculation of net-modified currenting value and the index return on investment.
