Abstract	В статті проведено аналіз формування державних видатків країн ЄС та України за функціональною ознакою. Досліджено стан відповідності реалізації бюджетної політики України у сфері формування та використання державних видатків принципам організації бюджетних відносин європейського співтовариства. The paper analyzes the formation of public expenditure in the EU and Ukraine on functional grounds. The state with the implementation of the budget policy of Ukraine in the formation and use of public expenditure principles of intergovernmental relations of the European Community is investigated.
