Abstract У статті йде мова про тенденцію взаємозв’язку між революційними ідеями в Росії в ХІХ столітті і більшовизмом на початку ХХ ст.
The article refers to the tendency of the relationship between revolutionary ideas in Russia in the nineteenth century and Bolshevism in the early twentieth century. The article refers to the tendency of the relationship between revolutionary ideas in Russia in the nineteenth century and Bolshevism in the early twentieth century. Hereditary nature of negative trends in contemporary political life of Ukraine, such as opportunism, cynicism, intolerance of political opponents, and sometimes ignorance is argued in the paper. It is shown that origins of these negative phenomena could be found in history of the USSR, when the leading and guiding force was the Communist Party. The Communist Party, in turn, was the successor of the Bolsheviks’ wing of the Russian Social-Democracy, which was formed in 1903, with efforts of Lenin and his associates from the left faction of the Social Democrats. It is noted that these signs of political power has been characteristical for the communist movement since its very inception.
