Abstract	Розглядаються різноманітні аспекти формування і функціонування приватних художніх колекцій, їх видові і типологічні ознаки. Приватні колекції охарактеризовані як сегмент арт-ринка, в існуванні та розвитку якого вони виконують важливі функції. The article considers various aspects of emerging and functioning private art collections, their specific and typological features. The main focus is on private collections as a segment of art market. These collections perform important functions in the work of art market and its development.
