Abstract	У статті розглядається проблема визначення місця застосування аналогій в адміністративному судочинстві в контексті реалізації його принципів. Зокрема, доводиться, що застосування аналогій є сполучною ланкою між принципами законності та верховенства права. The article deals with the problem of determining the place of analogies in administrative proceedings in the context of the implementation of its principles. In particular, it is proved that the use of analogies is the link between the principles of legality and the supremacy of law.
