Abstract	В статті досліджено сутність та особливості інвестиційної політики комерційного банку, визначено основні етапи її формування, систематизовано основні положення інвестиційної політики, що вимагають формалізації. The article investigates the nature and characteristics of the investment policy of commercial bank, the main stages of its formation are defined, the basic provisions of the invest-ment policy requiring the formalization are systemized.
