Abstract	Розглянуто методологію формування системи фінансового менеджменту в сучасних підприємствах та визначено характеристики її основних складових, що сприятимуть забезпеченню фінансової стійкості суб`єктів господарювання. The purpose of the article is determination of role and features of forming of the system of financial management as component general control system modern enterprises. Methodology of forming of the system of financial management is considered in modern enterprises and certainly descriptions of it basic constituents which will be instrumental in providing of financial stability of enterprises. The system of financial management will become basis of the effective distributing and use of financial resources of enterprises of regions, that will provide diminishing of amount of unprofitable enterprises.
