Abstract	Стаття присвячена аналізу правового регулювання розгляду міждержавних справ Європейським судом з прав людини, а також рішень, винесених у таких справах, задля з’ясування ефективності цього механізму і перспектив його використання державою Україна. The article is devoted to studying of the interstate cases, decided by European Court of Human Rights. The decisions are analyzed in order to evaluate the efficiency of this legal mechanism. The prospects of consideration of the case Ukraine v Russia are also investigated.
