Abstract	Проведено теоретичне узагальнення питань формування організаційної культури. Досліджено шляхи розвитку і сучасний стан організаційної культури підприємства. Визначено основні риси організаційної культури, виділені її вузькі місця і розроблено рекомендації по вдосконаленню і розвитку організаційної культури підприємств, орієнтованих на міжнародну діяльність. The article examines the theoretical issues of the formation of organizational culture, investigates the development and current state of the organizational culture of the companies. The article provides the main characteristics of the organizational culture, highlights its weak points and proposes the recommendations for improvement and development of the organizational culture of companies focused on international activities.
