Abstract	Визначено практичну та законодавчу можливість вітчизняних навчальних закладів створювати інноваційний продукт. Вказано на необхідність доповнення спеціального законодавства про освіту та інновації нормами у розвиток положень ст. 12 та глави 34 Господарського кодексу України. The practical and legal ability of educational institutions to create innovative product has been identified in the article. The need to supplement the special educational and innovational law in the development of the provisions of Article 12 and Chapter 34 of the Commercial Code of Ukraine has been shown.
