Abstract	У статті досліджено роль та значення фінансових посередників у формуванні та розвитку ефективного фінансового ринку. Проведено класифікацію фінансових посередників за різними класифікаційними ознаками. In the article the author investigates a role and importance of financial intermediaries in formation and development of the effective financial market. Classification of financial intermediaries by different classification signs is lead.
