Abstract	Стаття присвячена розвитку теоретичних та методичних положень щодо побудови фінансового механізму управління філіями банку з метою підвищення ефективності діяльності банку в цілому та його філій зокрема. На основі узагальнення результатів наукових досліджень було визначено сутність поняття “фінансовий механізм управління” з точки зору управ-ління філіями банку та визначено основні складові фінансового механізму управління філіями. The article is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological theses regarding the formation of financial mechanism for the management of banks’ branches with the purpose to increase the efficiency of banks’ overall performance and of their branches in particular. On the general basis of the results of scientific research the essence of the term “financial mechanism of management” in regard to the banks’ branches management and the main components of the financial mechanism for the management of branches were determined
