Abstract	Стаття висвічує проблеми, пов'язані з регулюванням Українського валютного ринку у сфері митних формальностей щодо деяких заборон щодо суми валюти, яка може бути вивезена з України і назад. Також наведені деякі приклади типових митних декларацій. The article highlights the problems, connected with some regulations of the Ukrainian currency market in the sphere of customs formalities, concerning some restrictions of currency amounts, which can be taken abroad and back to Ukraine. Also several examples of typical currency declarations are given in the article.
