Abstract	Розглядається теорія і практика федералізму. Аналізуються причини об’єднання держав у різноманітні федеративні форми. Порівнюється політична та конституційна асиметрія в федеративних системах. Аналізуються методи послаблення політичної асиметрії, а саме роль фінансових трансфертів. Розглядаються причини та наслідки конституційної асиметрії. We consider the theory and practice of federalism. Analyzes the causes of states in a variety of federal forms. Compares the political and constitutional asymmetry in federal systems. Analyzed methods of weakening the political asymmetry, namely the role of financial transfers. Considers the causes and consequences of constitutional asymmetry.
