Abstract	В статті розглянуто деякі аспекти стану реєстраторської діяльності в Сумському регіоні на фактичних статистичних матеріалах. Проаналізовані окремі причини виникнення непорозумінь на фондовому ринку щодо діяльності по веденню реєстру. The article underlines the concept of registration activity and the conditions of conducting the register are given. The activity of the registrars in our region is also shown there and reasons of disputed situations concerning conducting the register are specified.
