Abstract	В статті розглянуті питання визначення категорії ризику, розкриті варіанти аналізу його ступеня і факторів впливу на фінансові результати діяльності будівельних підприємств з метою розробки рекомендацій ефективного управління ними. Запропонована методика розрахунку ймовірностей ризику отримання збитків в будівельних підрядних організаціях. In the article the considered questions of determination of risk category, exposed variants of analysis of his degree and factors of influence on the financial results of activity of build enterprises with the purpose of development of recommendations of effective management of nimi. The offered method of calculation of probabilities of risk of receipt of losses is in build inferior organizations.
