Abstract	У роботі досліджується проблема підвищення якості послуг банку на всіх етапах їх надання. Визначається ефективність основних заходів та необхідність їх застосовування для досягнення успіху у роботі з клієнтами банків. Розглядаються пробле-ми, пов’язані із управлінням якістю банківських послуг, в діяльності комерційних банків України. In this work we are investigating the problem of increase of the bank services quality at the all of stages of its proposition. The efficiency of the main measures and the necessity of its introduction for achieving benefits in the work with clients is also determined hear. This work is focused on the problems connected to the Total Quality Management of bank services and its role in performance of Ukrainian banks.
