Abstract	Стаття присвячена проблемам ліквідації та реорганізації банківських установ радянськими органами влади у 1917-1920 рр., Наголошується на тому, що робота з реорганізації і ліквідації мала політичні підстави, і не можна однозначно говорити про результативність цієї роботи, оскільки сам принцип її проведення був не зовсім оптимальним, який завдав значної шкоди економіці країни і рівню життя населення. This article is devoted to the problems of liquidation and restructuring of banking institutions in the Soviet authorities in 1917-1920, stressed that the work of reorganization and liquidation had political reasons, and it can not be talking about the effectiveness of this work, because the very principle of its conduct was not quite optimal, which caused considerable damage to the economy and living standards.
