Abstract	У статті проведено аналіз походження фінансових конгломератів за країнами. Автором проаналізована діяльність фінансових конгломератів як глобальних фінансових посередників. Досліджено масштаби діяльності, організаційну структуру та напрямки розвитку фінансових конгломератів. In the article the origin of financial conglomerates by country is analyzed. The activity of financial conglomerates as global financial intermediaries is analyzed by the author. The scale of activity, organizational structure and directions of development of financial conglomerates are investigated.
