Abstract	Окреслені методичні засади оцінки ефективності бюджетної політики на державному рівні, регіональному рівні та у сфері міжбюджетних відносин. Доведено необхідність зміни пріоритетних напрямків реалізації бюджетної політики. Обґрунтована необхідність формування та впровадження концепції бюджетної політики, що враховує економічні, соціальні, політичні, інституційні фактори розвитку держави. The paper is describing methodical principles of estimation of efficiency of budget policy at state level, regional level and interbudgetary relations. The necessity of change of the budget policy’s priority directions has been proved. Reasonable necessity of forming and introduction of conception of budget policy should be based on the economic, social, political, institutional factors of the state development.
