Abstract	The article is dedicated to the Financial Guard of Italy as subject ensure state financial system. Considered the authority, structure of the Financial Guard of Italy, legal status of its employees and possibility of using the experience of the Financial Guard of Italy in Ukraine. Concluded that it`s necessary for Ukraine to create a new law enforcement agency which will protect the financial and economic security of the state.
