Abstract	Досліджено цілі та особливості інвестиційної діяльності фінансових посередників, здійснено аналіз напрямків розміщення залучених активів інституційних інвесторів в представлені на фондовому ринку фінансові інструменти та розглянуто їх вплив на становлення фінансового ринку. Aims and features of investment activity of financial mediators are explored, the analysis of directions of attracted asset allocation of investors is carried out in the financial instruments represented at the fund market and considered their influence on becoming of financial market.
