Розвиток системи фінансового посередництва є індикатором лібералізації фінансової системи, який створює важливий компонент її гнучкості і мобільності, забезпечуючи тим самим можливість швидкого руху капіталу при здійсненні структурної перебудови економіки. Крім того, питання розбудови диверсифікованої і збалансованої інституціональної структури фінансового ринку та наявності конкурентоспроможних фінансових інститутів для накопичення і використання достатніх фінансових ресурсів є принциповими при розробці стратегій національного розвитку, оскільки входять до переліку провідних національних інтересів в фінансовій сфері.

Development of financial intermediation is an indicator of the liberalization of the financial system, which formed an important component of its flexibility and mobility, thus providing a quick movement of capital in the implementation of economic restructuring. Furthermore, the issue of building a diversified and balanced institutional structure of financial markets and the availability of competitive financial institutions for the accumulation and use of adequate financial resources is fundamental in the development of national development strategies, as included in the list of leading national interests in the financial sector.
