Abstract	У статті на основі аналізу нормативно-правових актів, наукових праць вітчизняних і зарубіжних дослідників узагальнено існуючі підходи вчених щодо сутності фінансової установи, її ролі і місця у фінансовій системі країни. On the basis of analysis of legislative acts, scientific works of domestic and foreign researchers existent approaches of scientists according to the essence of financial institution, its role and place in the financial system of the state are generalized in the article.
