Abstract	Розширення сучасних глобалізаційних процесів підвищило значення транскордонного співробітництва регіонів. На сьогодні така форма міжрегіональної співпраці як транскордонне співробітництво набуває все більш актуального значення, особливо в контексті європейської інтеграції. Це співробітництво спрямоване на координацію взаємних зусиль і здійснення узгоджених заходів у різних сферах життєдіяльності в тому числі і в екологічній сфері. Expansion of modern globalization processes has increased the importance of cross-border cooperation between regions. Today, such a form of interregional cooperation as cross-border cooperation is becoming increasingly important, especially in the context of European integration. This cooperation aims at coordinating mutual efforts and implementing concerted actions in various spheres of life, including in the environmental sphere.
