Abstract	Розвиток інтеграційних процесів в Україні можна умовно поділити на три етапи: перший (1990 – 1995 рр.) – формування інтеграційних структур в часи приватизації; другий (1995 – 2000 рр.) – період реструктуризації кон-гломератів; третій (з 2000 р. і до сьогодні) – трансформація великих концер-нів в транснаціональні та міжнародні корпорації. The development of integration processes in Ukraine can be divided into three stages: the first (1990-1995) - the formation of integration structures in the era of privatization; the second (1995-2000 years) - the period of restructuring of conglomerates; the third (from 2000 to today) - the transformation of large concerns into multinational and international corporations.
