Abstract	Органом ліцензування, який був би прозорим і компетентним у питаннях забезпечення захисту економічної та фізичної безпеки суб’єктів господарювання, міг би перевіряти і контролювати якість надання послуг з охорони як недержавними охоронними структурами, так і ДСО у складі МВС України, може бути СБУ. Licensing Authority, which would be transparent and competent in the matters to protect the physical safety and economic entities, would check and control the quality of the provision of a state security agencies and the State Security Service under the MIA of Ukraine may be Service safety of Ukraine.
