Abstract

В умовах впливу інтернаціоналізації та глобалізації на розвиток інтеграції України у світову економіку та посилення процесів концентрації та конкуренції у сфері вітчизняного банківського та страхового бізнесу особливо актуальною як для банків, так і для страхових компаній стає проблема вибору ефективних напрямів їх об’єднання (організаційної форми співпраці), раціональної взаємодії з метою збереження фінансової стійкості, досягнення конкурентних переваг та отримання перспектив зростання.

Under the influence of internationalization and globalization on development the integration of Ukraine into the world economy and the strengthening of the processes of concentration and competition in the field of domestic banking and insurance business is particularly relevant for both banks and insurance companies, the problem is the choice of effective directions of their association (organizational form of cooperation), rational interaction in order to preserve financial sustainability, achievement of competitive advantages and obtaining growth prospects.
