Перебіг лакунарної ангіни супроводжується формуванням дисбактеріозу І-ІІІ ступеня, що вимагає проведення лікувальних заходів, направлених на деконтамінацію патогенних та умовно-патогенних мікроорганізмів та на корекцію порушеного видового складу і популяційного рівня мікробіоти порожнини товстої кишки.
