Автоматизована система обробки замовлень клієнтів

Abstract

Метою даного дослідження є розробка прототипу web-додатку для обробки замовлень клієнтів ТОВ «СУМИПРОДТОРГ». Було досліджено процес обробки замовлень клієнтів, проведена характеристика об’єкта дослідження, сформовані схеми бізнес процесу обробки замовлень за допомогою IDEF0-методології. У роботі були сформовані основні вимоги до web-додатку, представлена структура web-додатку, розглянута серверна, клієнтська та адміністративна частини, спроектована архітектура сторінок та була представлена інструкція по користуванню web-додатком.The purpose of this study is to develop a prototype web-application for processing customer orders of LLC "SUMIPRODTORG". The paper examines the process of processing customer orders, describes the object of study, formed schemes of business process of order processing using IDEF0-methodology. The main requirements to the web-application were formed, the structure of the web-application was presented, the server, client and administrative parts were considered, the architecture of the pages was designed and the instructions for using the web-application were presented.
