Abstract

Стаття містить комплексне вивчення місця, ролі та значення судової практики з митних питань. Наведена детальна класифікація митних спорів, які розглядаються судами та причини їх виникнення. Виявлено специфіку вирішення спірних моментів, що виникають у процесі правових відносин між митними органами та учасниками зовнішньої торгівлі.
