Abstract

Регулювання ринків фінансових послуг покликане забезпечити насамперед стабільність фінансового ринку та запобігти новим кризовим явищам. Слід погодитися із тим, що дієва та ефективна система захисту прав споживачів фінансових послуг необхідна для розвитку економіки, адже завдяки цьому розширюється коло споживачів залучених у цю сферу. Таким чином, поведінка споживачів впливає на розвиток ринку, тому слід враховувати інтереси цієї групи при визначенні прав та обов’язків учасників ринку.The regulation of financial services markets is intended primarily to ensure the stability of the financial market and to prevent new crisis phenomena. It should be agreed that an effective and efficient system of protecting the rights of consumers of financial services is necessary for the development of the economy, because thanks to this, the range of consumers involved in this sphere is expanding. Thus, the behavior of consumers affects the development of the market, so the interests of this group should be taken into account when determining the rights and obligations of market participants.
