Abstract	Today, financial institutions have lost their monopoly on traditional financial services (payments and remittances, investment, lending, insurance, etc.), and the level of bank margins has decreased. To strengthen the competitive position in the market and create conditions for long-term growth for financial institutions it is extremely important to move to a new business model, which involves the active introduction of new information technologies in financial services, financial transaction analysis, information storage and more.
