Розробка бізнес-плану підприємницької діяльності

Abstract

Бізнес-план є ключовим інструментом та базою для планування та реалізації всіх дій, пов'язаних з бізнесом. Тому тема, що пов’язана з розробкою бізнес-плана підприємницької діяльності наразі є сучасною та актуальною. Мета даної кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в розробці конкретної бізнес-пропозиції для суб’єкта підприємницької діяльності. Результати дослідження: розглянуто теоретичні аспекти розвитку визначити суть та призначення бізнес-планування на підприємстві; розкрито сутність та особливості бізнес-плану; досліджено процедуру створення бізнес-плану та визначити його основні структурні елементи; проаналізовано сучасний стан та визначити проблеми бізнес-планування в Україні; проведений порівняльний аналіз вітчизняних та міжнародних стандартів бізнес-планування; розроблено бізнес-план для власного бізнесу. Предметом даної роботи є закономірності бізнес-планування підприємницької діяльності в сучасних умовах. Об’єктом являються показники підприємницько діяльності. Практичне значення роботи полягає у розробці реальної бізнес-пропозиції для суб’єкта підприємницької діяльності на прикладі створенні власної КАВ’ЯРНІ «Кавова пауза».A business plan is a key tool and basis for planning and implementing all business-related activities. Therefore, the topic related to the development of a business plan of entrepreneurial activity is currently modern and relevant. The purpose of this qualification work is to develop a specific business proposal for a subject of entrepreneurial activity. Research results: the theoretical aspects of development to determine the essence and purpose of business planning at the enterprise were considered; the essence and features of the business plan are revealed; the procedure for creating a business plan was investigated and its main structural elements were determined; analyzed the current state and identified the problems of business planning in Ukraine; a comparative analysis of domestic and international standards of business planning was carried out; developed a business plan for your own business. The subject of this work is the regularities of business planning of entrepreneurial activity in modern conditions. The object is the indicators of entrepreneurial activity. The practical significance of the work consists in the development of a real business proposal for the subject of entrepreneurial activity, using the example of creating your own CAFE "Coffee Pause".
