Abstract	In this article the modern data about metabolic and antiarrhytmic effects of mildronat in the patients with ishemic heart disease and diabetes mellitus are submitted. It is that the treatment mildronat was accompanied decrease of attacks of a stenocardia, decrease of number of ventricular extrasystoles.
