Влияние гиполипидемической терапии ловастатином и липостабилом на состояние липидного обмена у больных ишемической болезнью сердца и гиперхолестеринемией

Abstract

In this article the modern data about influencing of hypolipidemic therapy lovastatin and lipostabil on the condition of lipide exchange in the patients of ischemic heart disease and hypercholesterinemia are submitted. It is shown, that the treatment of lovastatin was accompanied the hypoholesterinemic effect. The treatment of lovastatin decreased the level of common cholesterol, triglycerides, cholesterol of lipoproteins low density. The treatment lipostabil did not result in significant hypolipidemic effects, the decrease of the atherogenic factor was not marked.
