Abstract The purpose of work was the study cranial ultrasound picture of a brain at neonates with hypoxemic CNS damage mild gravity. The 232 term newborn was investigated on 3, 5-7, 14-16, 24-28 day of life. Two basic of the echography complex met most frequently within the first month of life. First - rising echodensity per the first day of life and atrophy by 2-3 weeks (at 27% of children). Second: local rising echodensity - rising echodensity of plexus chorioideus – enlarge lateral ventricles (at 61% of children).
