Abstract

Дослідження зосереджено на актуальних соціальних питаннях, пов’язаних із вживанням генеративного штучного інтелекту в контексті бізнесу та його вплив на суспільства. Покращується впровадження генеративного штучного інтелекту бізнес-процесів, оптимізує процес прийняття рішень і створює умови для інноваційні рішення. Водночас тут є важливі етичні та соціальні аспекти його застосування, які необхідно вивчити. Вирішення проблем правосуддя, безпека даних, соціальна відповідальність компаній, впровадження регулювання та стандартизація у сфері генеративного штучного інтелекту є ключовим фактором не лише для успіху компаній, а й для визначення вплив технологій на суспільство та сталий розвиток підприємств.

The study focuses on topical social issues related to the use of generative artificial intelligence in the business context and its impact on society. The implementation of generative artificial intelligence improves business processes, optimises decision-making, and creates conditions for innovative solutions. At the same time, there are important ethical and social aspects of its application that need to be studied. Solving the problems of justice, data security, social responsibility of companies, implementation of regulation and standardisation in the field of generative artificial intelligence is a key factor not only for the success of companies, but also for determining the impact of technologies on society and the sustainable development of enterprises.
