Exploring the scenarios of national economy transformation in conditions of health destabilizing factors

Автори проаналізували чинники у сфері охорони здоров'я, які впливають на національний розвиток. Досліджено ряд країн світу щодо їх ефективності у досягненні стану резильєнтності в умовах пандемії 2020-2022 рр. та рівнів гнучкості сфер життя їх суспільства в умовах кризи. Було сформовано вибірку з 78 країн світу, досліджено відповідність рівня розвитку медичної сфери порівняно з такими сферам, як політико-інституційна, фінансово-бюджетна та економічна, а також проведено нейромережне моделювання залежності рівня охорони здоров’я в країні за рівнем розвитку політико-інституційної, економічної, фінансово-бюджетної та медичної сфер з використанням багатошарового персептрона MLP.The authors analyze factors in the health care field that affect national development. The material aims to investigate many countries of the world regarding their effectiveness in achieving resilience to the 2020-2022 pandemic and the levels of flexibility of various spheres of their society's life in crisis conditions. A sample was formed from 78 countries of the world, and the correspondence between the level of development of medical resilience and such spheres as political-institutional, financial-budgetary, and economic was investigated, and neural network modeling of the dependence of the level of health in the country on the level of development of the political-institutional, economic, financial-budgetary and medical spheres using the multilayer perceptron MLP.
