Financial support for the development of green infrastructure

Abstract

У цьому дослідженні досліджено теоретичну сутність «зеленої інфраструктури», проведено бібліометричний аналіз для виявлення основних напрямів дослідження та систематизовано поточні практики зеленої інфраструктури. У дослідженні проаналізовано міжнародний досвід 10 найкращих країн у розвитку зеленої інфраструктури, включно з використанням ними фінансових інструментів, з акцентом на екологічні податки в європейських країнах та Україні. Дослідження вивчало типи екологічних податків, потоки їх надходжень, цільове використання та їх фактичні витрати на проекти зеленої інфраструктури у вибраних країнах.This research explored the theoretical essence of "green infrastructure," conducted a bibliometric analysis to identify key research trends, and systematized current green infrastructure practices. The study analyzed the international experience of top 10 countries in green infrastructure development, including their use of financial instruments, focusing on environmental taxes in European countries and Ukraine. The research investigated the types of environmental taxes, their revenue streams, intended uses, and their actual expenditure on green infrastructure projects in the selected countries.
