Міжнародний трансфер технологій креативних індустрій: досвід країн Скандинавії

Abstract

Мета кваліфікаційної бакалаврської роботи полягає у визначення ефективних моделей міжнародного трансферу технологій у сфері креативних індустрій на прикладі країн Скандинавії та обґрунтування можливостей їхнього впровадження в українському контексті. Об’єктом дослідження є процес міжнародного трансферу технологій у сфері креативних індустрій. Предметом дослідження є досвід країн Скандинавії щодо реалізації трансферу технологій у креативному секторі та можливості його використання в Україні. За результатами дослідження сформульовані такі висновки: 1. Креативні індустрії вже перестали бути винятково гуманітарною сферою, набувши рис повноцінного економічного сектору з високим потенціалом трансформаційного зростання. 2. Цілісні державні стратегії підтримки креативного сектору, інституцій, відповідальних за експорт інновацій, а також платформ, що забезпечують постійну комунікацію між державою, бізнесом і творчою спільнотою, є ключовим чинником успіху моделей креативного розвитку країн Скандинавії. 3. Попри нестабільність, спричинену війною, український креативний сектор зберігає значний потенціал до трансформації, і запозичення скандинавських практик з урахуванням локального контексту може стати каталізатором структурних інституційних змін.

The purpose of the qualification bachelor's thesis is to identify effective models of international technology transfer in the creative industries using the example of Scandinavian countries and to substantiate the possibilities of their implementation in the Ukrainian context. The object of the study is the process of international technology transfer in the creative industries. The subject of the study is the experience of Scandinavian countries in implementing technology transfer in the creative sector and the possibility of its use in Ukraine. The following conclusions were formulated based on the results of the study: 1. Creative industries have already ceased to be an exclusively humanitarian sphere, having acquired the features of a full-fledged economic sector with a high potential for transformational growth. 2. Comprehensive state strategies to support the creative sector, institutions responsible for the export of innovations, as well as platforms that ensure constant communication between the state, business and the creative community, are a key factor in the success of the creative development models of Scandinavian countries. 3. Despite the instability caused by the war, the Ukrainian creative sector retains significant potential for transformation, and borrowing Scandinavian practices, taking into account the local context, can become a catalyst for structural institutional changes.
