Анатомічні та морфологічні особливості будови міжзубного проміжку та поверхонь зубів

Abstract

Лекційний матеріал присвячено анатомічним та морфологічним особливостям міжзубного проміжку, його структурним елементам і функціям. Розглянуто класифікацію поверхонь зубів та клінічне значення контактного пункту. Окрему увагу приділено визначенню, класифікації й функціональному значенню амбразур, їх ролі у жувальній функції та еволюції зубних доль. Висвітлено морфологічні характеристики вестибулярної поверхні зуба.

The lecture is devoted to the anatomy of the interdental space, its structure, principal elements, and functional significance. The classification of tooth surfaces and the clinical importance of the contact point in maintaining the integrity of the dental arch and preventing periodontal pathology are discussed. Particular attention is given to the definition, classification, and functional role of dental embrasures, their contribution to the masticatory function, as well as the evolutionary development of tooth lobes. The morphological features of the vestibular tooth surface are highlighted as important diagnostic and functional landmarks.
