«Blended learning» як один з методів викладання іноземних мов

Abstract

Сектор вищої освіти змінюється. Сьогоднішнє навчальне середовище більш інтерактивне, ніж будь-коли раніше. Технології та цифрові інструменти трансформують методи навчання, покращують викладання в школах, коледжах та університетах. Студенти більше не обмежуються географічними межами, і завдяки повсюдності мобільних пристроїв вони навчаються за допомогою нових методів і очікують, що навчальні заклади підтримають ці виклики сьогодення.В статье рассматривается проблема формирования профессиональной компетентности преподавателей английского языка на основе смешанного подхода. Проанализированы различные определения понятия «смешанное обучение». Определены преимущества и недостатки преподавания английского языка для конкретных целей в условиях смешанного обучения. Сформулированы общие дидактические и методологические принципы.The article deals with the problem of English Teacher Professional Competence formation on the basis of the blended approach. Different definitions of the notion "blended learning" have been analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of teaching English for Specific Purposes under the conditions of blended have been determined. The common didactic and methodological principles have been formulated. The higher education sector is changing. People are constantly trying to manage universities with greater efficiency and profitability. Today’s learning environment is more interactive than ever before. Technology and digital tools are transforming the way students learn, enhancing teaching across schools, colleges and universities. As a result, today’s tech-saving students want to discover their own way of learning using tools that facilitate creative, collaboration, social interaction and group evaluation. Students are no longer limited by geographic boundaries and thanks to the omnipresence of mobile devices they engage in learning in new ways and expect institutions to keep up with these challenges.
