| dc.description | The purpose of this article is the study of the existing technical approach towards the evaluation of the efficiency of human resources management of the organization. The main object is to determine the concept of “the evaluation of the effectiveness of the work of chiefs and specialists of management”, “the evaluation of the activity of the subdivisions of human resources management”. The system of the efficiency evaluation of human resources management has been analyzed. This estimation is based on the qualitative and quantitative indices of the efficiency of human resources management. There has been made a conclusion about the necessity of development of a complex index of the efficiency evaluation of human resources management with the help of which one could analyze both qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the staff. | ru_RU |
| dc.description.abstract | Метою даної статті є вивчення існуючих методичних підходів до оцінки ефективності управління персоналом організації. Основні завдання: визначення понять «оцінка результативності праці керівників і фахівців управління», «оцінка діяльності підрозділів управління персоналом». Проаналізована система оцінки ефективності управління персоналом. Дана оцінка ґрунтується на якісних і кількісних показниках ефективності управління персоналом. Зроблено висновок про необхідність розроблення комплексного показника оцінки ефективності управління персоналом, за допомогою якого можна було б аналізувати як якісні, так і кількісні характеристики співробітників.
