Міжкультурна комунікація в парадигмі глобалізації навчання

Abstract

Стаття стосується проблем комунікативного підходу у вивченні іноземної мови. Оволодіння іноземними мовами нерозривно пов’язано з національною культурою та розвитком міжкультурної компетенції. Одним з найбільш істотних змін у вивченні мови і навчання протягом останніх двох десятиліть стало визнання міжкультурної компетенції в якості ключового компонента. Ця зміна в значній мірі трансформувала характер досвіду викладання і навчання мовам.Статья касается проблем коммуникативного подхода при изучении иностранного языка. Овладение иностранными языками неразрывно связано с национальной культурой и развитием межкультурной компетенции. Одной из наиболее существенных перемен в изучении языка на протяжении последних двух десятилетий стало признание межкультурной компетенции в качестве ключевого компонента. Эти изменения трансформировали характер опыта преподавания и обучения языкам.The article touches upon the problem of communicative approach. Foreign language learning deals with national culture and intercultural competence development. One of the most significant changes in language learning and teaching for the past two decades has been the recognition of intercultural competence as a key component. This change greatly transformed the nature of teaching experience and learning of languages.The ways of optimizing the efficiency of the determinants of culture intercultural communication, based on socio economic, socio political, socio cultural, socio institutional, socio legal transformations which have to optimize communicative space. As a result, it was concluded that the intercultural communication as a factor in favor of a global information and communication space. All communication is cultural -- it draws on ways we have learned to speak and give nonverbal messages. We do not always communicate the same way from day to day, since factors like context, individual personality, and mood interact with the variety of cultural influences we have internalized that influence our choices. Communication is interactive, so an important influence on its effectiveness is our relationship with others.
